  1. Hardcopy Books
  2. eBooks (Digital Products)

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws governing e-commerce transactions.


2. General Terms

  1. No Returns for Purchased Items

    • Returns are not accepted for any items once purchased, except in the following cases:
      • Physical damage to hardcopy books during transit.
      • Missing or incomplete pages in hardcopy books.
  2. Digital Products (eBooks)

    • All sales of eBooks are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for eBooks once the download link is issued.
  3. Replacement Policy for Hardcopy Books

    • If the book is damaged during transit or has missing pages, a replacement will be issued upon verification of the claim. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

3. Reporting Issues

To ensure a smooth resolution process, adhere to the following steps if you experience any issues:

  1. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

    • All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  2. Required Documentation

    • To report an issue, email support@learncrew.org with:
      • Order ID and purchase receipt.
      • A detailed description of the issue.
      • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item or missing pages for verification.
  3. Processing Time

    • Upon receipt of your claim, we will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days. Approved claims will result in a replacement being shipped at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds for Hardcopy Books

    • Refunds are not provided for hardcopy books under any circumstances. Damaged or missing products will be replaced as per the terms outlined above.
  2. No Refunds for eBooks

    • eBooks are non-refundable, as they are digital products and cannot be returned once delivered.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In rare cases, if a refund is approved (e.g., non-availability of a replacement product), it will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Replacement Shipping

  1. For approved replacement claims:

    • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
    • Delivery times for replacements will depend on the standard shipping schedule (4-5 business days).
  2. Customers are not required to return the damaged product unless specifically requested during the claims process.


6. Compliance with Indian Consumer Laws

  1. Consumer Protection Act, 2019

    • This policy complies with Section 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which protects against unfair trade practices.
    • Customers can escalate unresolved complaints to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) if necessary.

  3. Legal Jurisdiction
